1,2,3…Mer is a beautiful stylish two-bedroom apartment with infinity pool and amazing views of the city walls, Lokrum island and the Adriatic sea. The apartment is located a minute walk to Ploce gate (no outdoor stairs) and is close to all the main attractions and is only a 3-minute walk to Dubrovnik’s famous Banje beach. The apartment is charming and stylish and had been renovated 2016 to ensure that its guests feel welcome. The apartment boasts exquisite attention to detail. It has been tastefully and elegantly decorated with upscale materials and furniture, and the combination of these items creates a serene relaxing environment. The interior is decorated in neutral shades with splashes of blue throughout are reminders of the sparkling Adriatic sea. The apartment is spread out over 2 floors and can accommodate 4 guests.
The ground floor consists of the living area, kitchen and a guest bathroom. The main room is a cosy place where you can enjoy a quiet time of reading or simply relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything to make your visit a hassle free one dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster etc. The dining table and 4 chairs can seat all of the guests should you choose to eat in instead of choosing from one of the many restaurants which surround you.
The first floor houses the bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms have been decorated in the same minimalist style as the rest of the apartment, using neutral colour with blue splashes giving the apartment a perfect harmony. The bedrooms come with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space, A/C, Satellite TV and offers lovely views onto the city walls and Lokrum Island.
The bathroom comprises of a toilet, washbasin, shower and hairdryer. There is a small terrace in front of the house that is equipped with outdoor table and chairs. It is a lovely spot to unwind with a glass of wine while admiring the beautiful views.
Guests access the outdoor swimming pool at the back of the house. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers. The swimming pool is for the guests'staying at the property only.
The apartment features WI-FI access and A/C throughout. 1,2,3...Mer is an ideal stay for a family or a group of friends wanting to enjoy Dubrovnik in style.

I stayed at the 'More' apartment with my parents for a week in Dubrovnik. It is one of three beautifully refurbished apartments. The rooms were fresh and clean, with great nautical themed decor and the WiFi worked perfectly! The apartment is in an ideal location - not even a minute walk to the Ploče Gate. On arrival, we were welcomed by Michael, who gave me links to all the best things to do, places to go and restaurants to visit around Old Town and Dubrovnik. The pool is fresh water so its a bit chilly, but perfect after a day of walking around Old Town. Sure, on a Friday night it would be a little bit noisy, but nothing major. Banje Beach is a short walk away from the apartment and there are also two small supermarkets within a 3 minute walk (the bakery near the Ploče Gate is also nice). The guys at the pizzeria next door are lovely and friendly, and even brought pizza up to the pool! Michael and Isabelle were brilliant hosts, they provided a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and some snacks when we arrived and (in traditional Croatian fashion) left us some homemade liqueurs (Rakija, Amaretto and Cherry Liqueurs). We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for making our first visit to Croatia so wonderful!

Hi Isabelle! We very much enjoyed the few days we spent in Dubrovnik. The 1,2.3…Mer Apartment is small but well equipped and located in a perfect spot. We were impressed with the owner’s attention to detail and her efforts to accommodate us. Once you are outside the city walls, Dubrovnik rises quickly up steep hillsides. Most of the available apartments require hiking up those hills. We were pleased that this apartment was practically at ground level and literally across the street from the old town. Regarding transfers, we drove a rent car from Split to Dubrovnik. Finding parking to unload our bags was challenging and took some time. Parking is almost impossible in that part of Dubrovnik. Once we’d offloaded our luggage, I turned in the rent car. We used an airport transfer arranged for us for our departure. That worked out very well. Both the vehicle and the driver were excellent and on time. Thanks for your follow up.

Hi Isabelle, sorry for delay. We loved our stay at 1,2,3 apt. Ivona and her husband are fantastic hosts. They let us parked our car at his parent's place, saving us lots hassle looking for public parking. The location of the apartment could not have been better - just right at the entrance of the old town, also next to a few restaurants and less than 2mins away from stores and supermarkets. Interior is tastefully decorated. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our three night rental at the Mer Apartment in Dubrovnik. The property was located in sight of the gates of the Old City, a short minute walk to the entrance with fantastic views of the city walls and the Adriatic off to the left. The apartment was very nicely appointed with some add bonuses thrown in like a bowl of fruit and snacks not to mention the fantastic infinity splash pool on the roof with stunning views. Service and suggestions from Isabella were spot on. We were two couples, this was a perfect place for us. If this rental is available, don’t hesitate to book. You will love it.

Location, location, location ; together with a very high quality, well equipped apartment and an excellent host - what more could you ask for ?! The infinity pool was an added bonus and very welcome after a day in the Old City - great views from here and the bedroom windows. Supermarket, restaurants and bakery all on the doorstep. Isabelle was very quick to respond to any queries before our stay, kindly arranged a taxi pickup from the airport. This must be one of the best locations for visiting the Old City.

This apartment was better than what I expected! Very pleasant surprise. the transfer to the hotel was great and timely. check in process was wonderful – we were informed that the owner would be running late, but she had left the door open for us to let ourselves in. the owner was absolutely charming and wonderful! She was so accommodating and helpful in every way. your service in helping us locate the property was wonderful and your responsiveness to my constant emails was absolutely appreciated!!
