About us

Quite simply, we love Dubrovnik! And we've used this passion to pour our time and energy into finding the most charming, stylish and characterful accommodation on offer. We visit and approve every property to make sure you'll enjoy an authentic, comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Dubrovnik Chic Rentals is run by French-Croatian couple Isabelle and Viktor (who was born in Dubrovnik and has in-depth local knowledge). Between us, we have more than 30 years' experience in the travel and tourism industry. We also run Il Più Chic, a hospitality management company.

We select places we'd like to stay in
We only choose holiday apartments and villas that we would stay in ourselves. So when we visit a potential rental property, we look at its location and the quality of its furnishings, fittings and décor to make sure they meet our own high standards.

Our team

We finally settled in Dubrovnik in 2004, after living and working in other countries for many years. We're completely enchanted by the city's narrow old streets, vibrant culture and historic buildings.
I'm originally from Brittany, France, but I lived and worked in the travel industry throughout Europe and the Caribbean for more than 15 years before stopping in Dubrovnik.

I use my experience as a manager for international travel companies, an apartment rental firm and a tour operator to make sure all our guests have a wonderful experience and want to come back again.

I manage the Dubrovnik Chic Rentals office, so if you call, you'll probably speak to me. And I'm multilingual, so we can talk in English, French, Spanish or German – or all four, if you like!
I was born in Dubrovnik, so I know the region inside out and will happily share lots of interesting facts and trivia with you! I'm fluent in Croatian, but I also speak English and French, and I can chat in Spanish and Italian too.

After graduating from Dubrovnik's school of tourism and gastronomy in 1999, I worked for a major cruise line and then a large European tourism agency, where I managed the company's Croatian holidays.

Because of my previous jobs and my local knowledge, I have lots of useful contacts. So I can easily and quickly help to make any arrangements you might need, from booking day trips to reserving tickets.

We also have a wonderfully spirited daughter, who often comes with us to meet our guests. She's already showing that she has a knack for hospitality; it must run in the family!
