The White & Co is a contemporary two-bedroom one-bathroom apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea. It is located a short 10-minute walk from the Old Town, 100 metres from the sea and just a few steps from a rocky beach. The property was completely renovated in 2015, and modernised with contemporary décor and furnishings. It offers a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but is still conveniently located, only a short stroll from the main street Stradun, restaurants, bars and main attractions.
The White & Co Two-Bedroom features simple lines with minimalist interior design and is decorated in white shades. The apartment is airy and bright with several windows to welcome in the natural light. All of the windows are equipped with wooden shutters. With its two bedrooms, the apartment can accommodate 4 people.
The living area has a sofa, satellite TV, and A/C. The kitchenette is equipped with all modern amenities ensuring guests the possibility to prepare light meals should they wish to: fridge, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, kettle, etc. The dining area has seating for 4.
The room opens to the wonderful large shared terrace. The terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture, chairs and umbrellas. A magical place for dining alfresco or simply where you can unwind with a glass of Croatian wine.
The bedrooms have been decorated in the same minimalist style as the rest of the apartment, using white colour giving the apartment a perfect harmony. The main bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), large wardrobe, A/C, Satellite TV, and offers stunning views out over the glittering Adriatic Sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a wardrobe and A/C. The designed bathroom comes with shower, hairdryer, wash machine and WC.

Amazing hospitality and a nice well air conditioned apartment. Location is 15 minutes walk to old town (public transportation available with nearby bus stop). The main bedroom has a nice view of the sea but also opens to a main road, which can be noisy. Thanks for your amazing hospitality. We enjoyed our time at Dubronvik.

The flat and the service you will get from Chic rentals is great. We were met on arrival by the house keeper Darjia. Everything was clean and looking fresh. Loads of helpful information on everything in the flat and the local area. There is a lovely seating area outside to enjoy the view and the great weather. We got talking to out neighbour too. Its an easy 15 mins walk into town. You can use the bus but they always looked full. The flat is on a quiet street. A taxi can be arrange for airport pick up which is what we did. Very easy stress free way to travel. They can even store your bags till your ready to go. If in the area again we would stay at these flat. Thank you again! Everything from the driver meeting us to dropping us back to the airport was just so great and made our lives easy.

The location of the apartment is perfect if you want to skip the crowds, you are 10 min walking distance from the old town and the apartment is really nice and clean. Also you have a private and small beach really close by to the place. Note: If you are a light sleeper, I’ll recommend earplugs because you can hear the buses at night in the Main Street next to the window. Thank you for your help and recommendations. We had a nice time in Dubrovnik.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. It was very well equipped and had everything that we needed for our time there. The outdoor seating areas were very nice. We enjoyed having meals outside and spent time relaxing and reading on the loungers. The local tips book that was provided was very helpful and we enjoyed a sail from one of the recommended companies. The apartment is walking distance to old town and not far from a grocery store. We would not hesitateto return.

Excellent apartment, spotless, with amenities and lots of maps of the old town to get you started. The host is extremely helpful and a speedy communicator. They provided us with a lot of info before our trip and organised our airport transfers. I would definitely recommend!

Great appartment with everything we needed (and more)! Communication was really easy as well and they were really helpful. Appartment is as loveley as it looks on pictures, terrace is great (on the top section you can even see the sea). Located just 10min walk out of Old Town. Also a bus stop just around the corner - buses go really frequently towards the Old Town (at day time at least every 5 mins if not more often) and also towards Lapad, harbour etc. We got to Dubrovnik by bus (main bus station is also on harbour) was really easy to get there from appartment as well. Would defenitely stay there again! :)

Well appointed apartment. We were fortunate to find this gem. The apartment and shared terrace are much nicer than the pictures. The property is extremely quiet on three sides, with only a little street noise heard from the master bedroom. Proximity to a "secret" beach is a major plus. Great information provided prior to arrival and during the stay. We will recommend this property to our friends travelling to Dubrovnik. By far the best property we have encountered.

This place was not only beautifully presented but also spotless. 5 minutes to the old town and supermarket. Everything was within walking distance. “Welcome, accuracy, neighborhood. We felt very welcomed and guided. The owner, Stanko, even took us on a walk to give us an idea where to go for swimming, which way to old town, the local market, bakery and bus stop. The listing is totally accurate. The neighborhood is pretty quiet while everything is still convenient. We loved the walk to old town and it was so easy to use the bus - on the way to or from old town you you can take any bus and it's the first stop which can be really nice when you're tired on the way home. We loved all the super useful tips and tour. We loved the light, bright space, that the unit was well supplied and very comfortable!”
