Dear Isabelle, Thank you for the email. We had a great trip to Dubrovnik and really enjoyed our stay. The property was very well located, clean and tidy. It was a great base for us during our stay. It was exactly what we expected and knew when we booked. The transfer was great. The taxi guy was waiting for us when we got off the plane. He was chatty, interesting and gave us some good information of things to do during our stay. Although the transfer from the taxi to the lady who owned the apartment worked was us as we had checked our route in advance, I could imagine our parents could find to difficult to make their own way from the entrance to the town to the meeting point without getting lost or worried they had gone the wrong way. We had the lady's phone number and knew if we got lost we would be able to contact her. Only a minor point. The booklet of information you sent through after we booked was very useful and accurate. Details about the Dubrovnik card was very helpful. We followed quite a few of your recommendations for dining and places to see. Your booking process was easy and efficient. We liked it and you would definitely be our first point of contact when we come back to the Dubrovnik area. We thought you did a great job for us. Thanks for helping us have a great holiday.

Everything was superbly executed for our stay at aramis apartment in Dubrovnik. From the ease of booking, being met at the airport and brought to our holiday location, to the apartment itself. A beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town, just as we requested. Very comfortable and clean and everything provided for our stay. Aramis as discussed and shown through the apartment. Aramis was as described in the information and no surprises. It was clean and serviced all our requirements during the stay with the location ideal. One negative possibly to some would be the noise of the trucks removing rubbish in the morning. It is quite loud and could disturb those wishing to sleep in but this didn’t worry us as we are early risers. Thankyou again for making our stay a great experience and one we will both remember for years to come.

" Hi Isabelle and Viktor - We had a great stay at the Aramis apartment in October! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in a great location in the heart of the old town. It was great to have basic kitchen facilities like a fridge and coffee maker. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the little table with the view toward the top of the mountain! Arrival and check-in went very smoothly - we met the owner near the cathedral and she showed us the place. The only downside of the location is the noise in the morning - it sounded like trash collecting? It started quite early - 6 or 7 AM. Other than that we had a wonderful time and hope to return to Dubrovnik someday! "

“We had a delightful stay at the
Aramis Apartment, and Dubrovnik. Your service and responsiveness to our inquires far exceeded our expectations. You were very timely and everything worked at out well. The accommodations were superb, very well located right behind the cathedral. The decor, comfort, and facilities (even a washing machine) were fine, and the apartment was spotless. The only thing I wish was different was that we found out all the trash from around the area was put right below the wall separating the apartment building from the roadway behind the cathedral - in other words, right below our window. The trash collection and recycled collect equipment was very noisy every morning - but if you kept the windows and shudders closed, the noise wasn't bad. And every morning, crews washed the area with high pressure hoses, so the area was very clean! The distance one has to lug baggage from the Ploce Gate to the apartment is not for the faint of heart! Everything was done well; the driver and vehicle were fine. In fact we hired the driver for a day! I had to call the gal that was going to meet us because we were confused as to which church she would be by - but it all worked out. You did a superb job of providing good information about the process, accommodations and what to expect; everything worked as advertised and that made for a very enjoyable experience in Dubrovnik. Thanks for the great service!We would not hesitant to strongly recommend your company to any of our friends or family traveling to Dubrovnik!”
