Villa Les Mouettes has been meticulously renovated in 2009 and presents the height of comfort with a total of five rooms located over 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably. Great care and attention has been given to the interior design and there is a true Mediterranean feel to it with light colours and tasteful furnishings.
The ground floor has a spacious dining room, living room, reception room, fully equipped modern kitchen and toilet. The whole villa is surrounded by an extensive and luscious garden with terraces areas of differing sizes and over differing levels that can be used in many ways; breakfast in the morning on the front terrace in the sun, lunch around the pool area and party on the large back terrace, the choice is yours.
The villa inviting swimming pool is ideal for keeping cool during Dubrovnik’ warm summer month and lies partly in the shade of soaring palm trees, so you will also be able to enjoy many a relaxing hour lounging by the pool should you want a change from the nearby beach.
The villa has air-conditioning, heated floor throughout to make your stay enjoyable whatever the season and there is wireless internet. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine and dryer. All linens and towels are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.
