For anyone visiting Dubrovnik I would highly recommend Miró apartments. Situated in a quiet street just outside the walls of the old town for us was a perfect location. A few steps from a beautiful little cove where there is a little bar & a beautiful restaurant, away from the bustle of the old town. The actual apartment had everything necessary for our 5 day stay. Compact, spotlessly clean, air conditioned, a comfortable bed. The very helpful girls on hand each morning to answer any queries . I have no hesitation in giving miró apartments a 5 star recommendation.

Family trip - we rented two studios. Quaint accommodations, Very close to the old town and Very quiet. Though we were there for one night, the kitchenette would have been useful for a longer stay. Staff was helpful and the directions for late night arrivals were easy to follow. Though they recommend arranging transportation from the airport, we took a cab and it was the same price.

Excellent location right outside the old city. Very helpful front desk with lots of good recommendations and space to store luggage after we had checked out whilst waiting for our ferry. Great cooking facilities to make food, comfy bed and a good bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great. Minutes walk to the entrance of the Old Town, bus terminal to several routes, taxi stops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The hosts and cleaning service were very helpful and friendly. Initially a bit daunting to find the door to the building but the instructions given were clear, and simple. It was kept very clean and the facilities were functional including the fridge, microwave, cooker. Quiet location away from the road noise.

Apartment was great, with lots of storage space and well equipped kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable. Location is simply perfect, close to the Pile Gate and the beach. Staff was nice and helpful and they arrange self check in which is convenient when you arrive late.

We stayed 4 nights here and loved it! The lady who checked us in gave us lots of helpful information on restaurants, shops, etc. plus a tourist map to find our way. There's also an in-room guide which was nice to have. The location couldn't be better...just outside Pile Gate, but a very quiet location. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Love having the kettle and being able to make tea. This was a great place to stay in Dubrovnik...highly recommend!

We enjoyed 3 night stay in these apartments - recently refurbished, very clean, comfortable and quiet even though they were situated just outside Pile Gate and very close to the old city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were lucky enough to score the room with a view of the sea which was fantastic. Got to see a storm come in which was awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and basic kitchen facilities. The walled city is literally a couple of minutes walk away, so super convenient. The staff were the real highlight and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, checking in if everything was okay any time they saw us. Great place, highly recommend.

Best customer service and excellent location just a couple of blocks from Pile Gate.I recently planned a group trip to Dubrovnik for a total of 13 people. I wanted the group to be able to stay in/near Old Town to be able to walk to all of the main sights, which meant I would likely end up staying at a smaller property (as I don't agree with the prices the Hilton dictates). That said, the Miro exceeded my expectations on every level. I cannot recommend their apartments enough. It's a breeze to walk into Old Town (2 min walk) and you also are right next to Fort Lawrence as well as the Hilton (if you want a full breakfast buffet) as well as the local bus system which is very easy to use. Isabelle who handles the reservations was a saint and worked with me over the course of four months leading up to my group's arrival. I sensed how reliable and responsive she was and ended up booking all of my guests's airport transfers through her (even the group members who were staying at another property). The whole staff at Miro are friendly and courteous. You have your own full apartment with kitchenette - and you avoid the noise of Old Town when it's time to turn in for the night. This is a fantastic find- and one I can recommend wholeheartedly in multiple respects: convenience, location, cleanliness, space, and comfort.MirO - you are a gem in Dubrovnik! Believe the Reviews!This place qualifies as a "little gem", and as someone who stays in hotels at least 80 nights a year, that is saying a lot. The staff organized my pickup at the airport, the room was spotless and much bigger than I expected. The interior design was clever, with sliding doors concealing the bed if you wanted. This is truly a little apartment, with a small cooker, refrigerator, nice little eating area etc. You could stay a week here easily. Location is ideal. Booklet of local recommendations in the room was helpful. Room Tip: I liked being on the 2nd floor - fewer stairs

We stayed at MirO studio apartments for 3 nights. We found the apartment easily and staff were waiting for us on arrival. The staff member was very helpful,explaining the map to us in detail and giving recommendations on where to eat and things to do. The apartment itself was spotless and very modern. It had all amenities that you would need. The location was excellent. Just a minute walk from the old town in a quiet location and just around the corner from the bus stop! The staff were accommodating allowing us leave our luggage after check out. I would highly recommend these apartments!

Upon arrival in Dubrovnik we were helped by Mirela she could not do enough for us and even helped us bring our bags down to the hotel from the main street, the hotel is located only about 50 Meters outside old city gate, what a great location for access to everything in and aroud the old city, Aida and Marija were also very helpful and they all kept our room very clean and fresh, Marela also recommended a few resturants in the area and we were not disappointed. Great Job ladies the hotel should be very proud of you, we will recommend this hotel to any friends travelling to Dubrovnik

The best place to be! I had some questions before arrival which the staff answered promptly and very proffesionally. Upon we were met by one of the hotel staff at the taxi stop where our airport transfer ended. The room was amazing and the location could not have been better. We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Miro Studio Apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean, light modern and the bed was so comfortable. We were so fortunate to have a room with a magnificent view of the sea and the fort, absolutely stunning. The location of the apartment could not have been better. You are literally minutes away from the city gates and the same to the beautiful bay were you can snorkel and hire a kayak. There are lots of nice restaurants in the town and shops bars, galleries etc. Would recommend going out of season as we did, as the city has an invasion of around 60,000 people in high season, due to the arrival of cruise ships. To sum it up, Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and I would definitely recommend it.

The rooms are well furnished with cooking, tv, DVD and in room wi-fi facilities making it a perfect base from home. We made prior arrangements with the owners, Isabelle and Viktor, for a driver to collect us from the airport. This was arranged making transfers easy particularly as we were travelling with a young child. Viktor was also able to recommend us on various sites and restaurants to visit. “ As Game of Thrones fans we decided to have a 3 night stay in Dubrovnik where Kings landing is filmed. The MirO Apartment was very easy to get to from the airport (via the shuttle bus to the city walls) and to find after a quick trip to the tourist information to point us in the right direction. Check in says 6pm but we arrived at 10am and luckily the room was ready and we were welcomed in which was great. Very convenient location as it is a stones throw from the old city and right next to the pier used in the filming of game of thrones. Room was clean and modern, shower was lovely and bed was comfy. Free wifi was great for looking up restaurants to visit. Unless you get one of the top apartments you will have a view of a wall but we don't mind that as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room as you want to spend as much time as possible exploring the city. walking the city walls is a must and the cable car is fun. Great location for a short break”.

MirO no 5. Unfortunately the room doesn't have the sea view but with the window open the sound of waves crashing nearby is very relaxing. The main plus point is the excellent location very close to the main bus stop, tourist information office, cafes, mini supermarket and ideal for quick access to the walled city. You get all the benefits without the crowds and noise within the city walls. The apartment is spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need and Vicktor is very approachable if you need assistance. The only very minor picky criticism is that the cheap bathroom towels are thin and a bit ragged. Also the hairdryer is one of those tiny travel type and not much use if you have long hair and in a hurry. But aside from these insignificant issues, I cannot recommend the apartment highly enough".

“ After arriving via the airport bus and following the detailed and easy instructions on how to reach the apartment we were greeted by someone calling my name down the street. Viktor, the host, had been expecting us and was looking out for us. It was a nice greeting to receive. Viktor gave us a very informative briefing on the area, and what to do and what to avoid. The location of the apartments is amazing. We were also extremely lucky to have the top floor apartment with sea views. We spent quite a lot of time seated at the windows gazing out at the view. These apartments are located outside of the old city walls which is better as I think it would be too noisy within them. It is only a 5 minutes to the old city. The amenities in the

“ We(couple in early 70s) recently completed a 4 night stay at MirO studio apartments and were extremely pleased with the facility. It is new and "IKEA " modern, nicely furnished and located in an ideal location to explore the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It is very close ( 1-2 blocks?) to the Pile Gate, the major bus stop and taxi stand. Also there are not many steps to navigate with your luggage. Free wireless, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, modern bath. Can't get much better than that!”

The apartment- MirO- we stayed in was modern and contempory in design and extremely clean and well equipped. Viktor and the other staff were always friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions and offer advice. The location was fantastic; it has the best of both worlds because it is only a couple of minutes walk from the main Pile gate entrance to the old town yet it it is on an extremely peaceful and quiet street near a beautiful little bay. In addition we felt it was great value for money. We felt it was a fabulous find and would definitely stay there again if we were in Dubrovnik.
