MirÓ comprised of 7 stylish studios located in a pedestrian street at Pile gate, a one minute walk from the Old town, 20 meters from the sparkling Adriatic Sea. They have been completely renovated and modernized with contemporary furnishings and interiors. They offer a quieter reprieve to the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but are still conveniently located a short stroll from restaurants, bars and main attractions.
Each studio is all one space and has been cleverly separated to give the feeling of two distinct living spaces. The studio consists of a wall bed system that allows for an extension of the living space. The living area comprises of two comfortable relax chairs or a sofa, a dining table with sitting for 2 and satellite TV. The kitchen corner is on par with the rest of the apartment, is equipped with refrigerator, oven/microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The Italian designed bathroom includes heated flooring, shower unit, towel warmer and hairdryer.
All studio apartment feature A/C, WI-FI access and safe box.

Worth knowing
The studio apartments are spread on 3 floors, 2 studios on each floor except one studio on the ground floor. There is no elevator. Only studio VI on top floor has a sea view. If you have any specfic requirement, please do mention it while making the reservation. We will not be able to confirm it however we will do our best according the availibilities on your arrival.
Self check-in is available and the property has a front desk opened from 09.00 am to 13.00 pm. Daily maid service is also available at no extra charge every morning.
The property can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each studio sleeps 2. For group and multiple reservations, please contact us with your request

Lovely apartment ideally located a few steps away from Old Town Dubrovnik. It has been tastefully renovated and is spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the modern compact kitchen is ideal , complete with a good size fridge with freezer compartment ( really handy for ice ! ) We had a wonderful few days here and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to the Miró Studio Apartments again.. thank you !

We were in room 6 and being a game of thrones fan I absolutely loved the view the room itself had alot of space and was kept perfectly clean every day. The shower is nice but hot water doesn't like a long time but that's no problem. The staff were amazing beautiful smiles and positive energy flowing from them every time we saw them the location was perfect close to all of our tour start points, close to super markets and right outside pile gate. Next time I come to dubrovnik i will book this same accommodation. Thankyou for a very comfortable stay.

Very cozy appartment with an excellent location! Very clean and with just enough room for a cuple…it has 2 bathrooms, large shower , kitchenette with everything u need …host is very nice and will provide you all the information u need for a great trip including a short guide with a map (excellent!saved us a lot of time) . All in all a great choice in the heart of Dubrovnik!

We left the apartment only yesterday, so our impression is vivid enough. We have been staying there for a week and the apartment has become our second home. Everything was fantastic. The location is perfect- next to the walls of the Old Town. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was everything we needed in the apartment and was modern and new. So we strongly recommend the apartment to anyone. It’s the best place in Dubrovnik for staying.

Couldn't ask for a better location, just outside the old town walls and right by the sea. Excellent spot for all Game of Thrones fans. The apartment was very clean and modern - a perfect base for us for the week. All the staff were really helpful, very personable and very down to earth. Thanks for a great stay. Maria, Wanda, and (I can't pronounce his name) Wanda's significant other were wonderful ambassadors for this charming studio apartment. We had the most lovely stay here! After weeks of hotels, our apartment with open window and amazing view of the sea was the best thing ever. We even cooked in two of our three nights. Thank you so much for the coffee! Excellent in all respects!!The location was near the Pile Gate and the main airport and local buses drop off point for old town Dubrovnik. The street where the apartments were situated was very quiet and safe for such a central location. The staff were wonderful especially Maria. She was more than helpful, e.g. she got us a toaster, recommended restaurants, booked tours, etc.. The studio apartment itself had all that one needed. It had a separate WC, air conditioning, TV, basic cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, kettle, cork screw, etc.. It was also cleaned very day. Highly recommended.

Great time in Dubrovnik! The Miro apartments are in a great location right next to the Pile Gate - the accommodation was of excellent quality and we had a great time especially at midday when the crowds in the city were bad and it was hot, we just returned to our cool quiet apartment for a siesta.

"NICE AND WELL LOCATED" .We spent a week in MirO Studio apartment and is comfortable. You feel independent and at the same time served if you need it. Marija is very friendly and has a great interest in everything works fine,'s always smiling. The location is perfect and you can go walking almost everywhere.
