La Maison de Liz is a lovely, newly renovated 3-bedroom house with terraces, outdoor jacuzzi and beautiful views. It's located above the
harbour village of Cavtat, which is an ideal holiday resort with a great choice of beaches, picturesque walkways, recreational sports and entertaining cultural events.
Harbour-side taxi boats to Dubrovnik and the islands are just 2 minutes from the house and the bus station is less than 5 minutes' walk. La Maison de Liz was completely renovated in 2013 with a combination of modern and rustic furnishings. The house itself is cosy, spacious and well appointed. La Maison de Liz is a hidden getaway and the ideal place for a beach vacation or a truly relaxing holiday!
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The rooms are spread across 3 floors.
- Ground floor: There's a kitchen/dining area/sitting room and a bathroom with massage shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The living area has A/C, satellite TV and a DVD player.
- First floor: There is a bedroom with double bed, parquet floors, satellite TV, and wardrobe space. It has an en-suite bathroom with massage shower. This room has lovely views over Cavtat and the sparkling Adriatic sea.
- Second floor: There is a second similar bedroom with double bed, satellite TV and spectacular views of Cavtat. A third bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together. There's also a third bathroom with massage shower and direct access (down 12 steps) to the terrace with jacuzzi.
- Terraces: The ground floor opens onto a shady outdoor terrace. It has a table and chairs for 6 people, as well as BBQ facilities should you wish to enjoy some of the finer culinary treats Croatia has to offer. The second terrace offers lovely views across Cavtat. There are a few deck chairs – perfect for reading and sunbathing. You may also use the refreshing outdoor jacuzzi.
Each room has A/C and there is free wireless internet. If you want to keep fit during your holiday, the property has a sauna and gym facilities. Free parking is available if requested. La Maison de Liz offers the best of all worlds: privacy and seclusion, perfect for relaxing!
