Villa Blanchette is a beautiful, modern two-bedroom villa with a private pool situated in Sustjepan, close to Dubrovnik. The villa is a 10-minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town and the city walls. A short 3-minute bus drive takes you to Dubrovnik ACI Marina where grocery shops, restaurants, playgrounds and tennis courts can be found. The Adriatic Sea is right across the street from the villa and there are numerous beaches within a short driving distance.
During the Dubrovnik Republic era, the aristocracy built their summerhouses in Sustjepan as cosy retreats away from the summer heat. Sustjepan is now becoming a popular haven to escape the crowds and many houses are being modified along its coast. The villa was completely renovated in 2015 and is equipped to the highest standards for your utmost comfort.

Using white décor throughout the property has created a serene relaxing environment and gives the villa a perfect harmony. With its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably.
• Ground floor: There's a kitchen, living/dining room and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The large living area is equipped with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one additional guest, and satellite TV, DVD and CD players. There is a dining table and seating for 5. The ground floor opens onto the courtyard and pool area.
• First floor: There are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom features a double bed, parquet floors, A/C and a wardrobe. The bedroom also offers beautiful views onto the Adriatic Sea and Dubrovnik Bridge. The second bedroom has two single beds, parquet floors, A/C and a wardrobe. Both rooms have several windows to welcome in natural light. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, heated towel rails and a hairdryer.
• Outdoors: The beautiful courtyard is equipped with an outdoor lounge table and chairs, and a dining table with seating for 8. It is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a morning coffee, dinner al fresco or a glass of wine beneath the stars. There are also a number of deckchairs for sunbathing. In addition, you may use the private swimming pool (18m2), which is fantastic on those hot Croatian summer days. BBQ facilities are at your disposal should you wish to enjoy some of the finer culinary treats the region has to offer. If you feel compelled to leave the convenience of your own pool, you can jump into the sea just across the street. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to use on the pier in front of the house.
There is A/C throughout and wireless internet and free parking spots available outside the villa. Villa Blanchette is a perfect choice for a family or a group of friends looking to relax and be in close proximity to the city while enjoying the privacy of their very own oasis.Worth knowing
A car is not necessary while staying at Villa Blanchette. The bus connection to and from Old Town is excellent. The lines 1 A, B (Mokosica, ACI Marina to Old Town Pile gate) run every 10 minutes from early morning until late evening making the city very close. The bus also stops in Gruz harbour, which is very convenient if you plan to visit the islands. The bus station is just a few metres from the villa.
There are a number of local restaurants within walking distance of the villa, Konoba Bonaca is one of the most recommended. The owners live in the neighbourhood and will happily provide recommendations during your stay to ensure you have a fantastic time – and make sure you come back!
