Konavle. The Konavle region is 30 km south of Dubrovnik, 15 km from Cavtat and borders Montenegro. It's the farming heart of the area and there's also a developing wine production industry. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this charming house can accommodate 6 people. The house has kept its original ambiance with stone walls that retain the cool air which is perfect during the hot summer days. All rooms enjoy lots of natural light with several large windows.
The main room consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room. It opens onto the terrace. The living room area has large sofa and TV Satellite. The dining room has a sitting for 6 people. The three bedrooms come with a double bed, wardrobe and A/C. The two bathrooms have shower, hairdryer and towel warmer.
The house features a terrace with magnificent views of the countryside, to the hills of Konavle . It is equipped with outdoor table and chairs. BBQ facilities are at your disposal should you wish to enjoy some of the finer culinary treats the region has to offer The terrace is the perfect spot to rejuvenate and rediscover the simple pleasures in life, a morning coffee, a siesta or a dinner underneath the stars while listening to the cicadas singing. There are few deck chairs available for sunbathing. In addition, you may use the heated swimming pool for relaxing and refreshing.
Guests have also access to a private beach in Molunat, just 15 minutes drive from the villa. There is A/C throughout and wireless internet. There are 2 parking places available.
