The villa is located 15 km south of Dubrovnik, 5 km from Cavtat and borders Montenegro. It's the farming heart of the area and there's also a developing wine production industry. It's also just 5 minutes' drive from the Adriatic Sea. This scenic region is becoming popular for its rural tourism and is often compared to Tuscany: Quiet surroundings, breathtaking landscapes, a few excellent restaurants offering local products as well as activities like horse riding, hiking and quad biking.
Spread across 200 m2, the villa is bright, spacious and fully furnished. Everything has been chosen with comfort and relaxation in mind. • Ground floor: There's a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table and sitting for 6 with extension for 8 people. The ground floor opens onto a shady outdoor terrace and garden
• First floor: There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, one spacious living room and 4 bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms feature double bed, parquet floors, and satellite TV, A/C , wardrobe and chest of drawers. Three bedrooms have access to a balcony with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and Adriatic Sea. The large and bright living area is equipped with sofa, comfortable armchairs, Satellite TV and dining room for 8. There is an additional kitchenette adjacent to the living room.
• Outdoors: The beautiful well maintained garden with lavender, olive trees and other Mediterranean shrubs provide attractive relaxing surroundings. The covered terrace is equipped with outdoor lounge table and chairs and dining table with seating for 8. It is the perfect spot to rejuvenate and rediscover the simple pleasures in life, a morning coffee, a dinner a fresco or a glass of wine underneath the stars while listening to the cicadas singing. There are few deck chairs available for sunbathing. In addition, you may use the private swimming pool for relaxing and refreshing. BBQ facilities are at your disposal should you wish to enjoy some of the finer culinary treats the region has to offer.

Worth knowing
Mocici- Cilipi is a great base to explore the region, including Montenegro, Cavtat, Dubrovnik Unesco world heritage city and the beautiful Elafiti islands. A car is recommended if you plan to leave the villa.
